Delivery & Returns
We want your order to arrive safe, sound, and bringing a smile. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your goodies to you, and what to do if something isn’t quite right.

Within the UK, orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a trusted courier, depending on the size and value of the item.
Once your payment is received, your order will ship from my studio within 3–7 business days. Turnaround times may vary a little depending on the time of year, especially around busy holiday seasons.
If your order includes tracking, you’ll receive an email with the details as soon as it’s on its way.
Need something in a hurry? Just let me know and I’ll do my very best to accommodate.
If your order includes a pre-order item (for example, limited-edition prints), the whole order will be held until the pre-order is ready to ship. If you’d prefer items to arrive separately, I’m happy to split the shipment on request.
Please note that drop-ship items (like tea towels, mugs, or posters) are sent directly from my print partners and will arrive separately.
Please note: At the moment, we aren’t shipping to the US while we wait for clarity around new tariffs and the removal of the de minimis threshold. We hope to resume international shipping soon and will update you as soon as we can.
I can’t take responsibility for carrier delays once a parcel leaves my studio — but rest assured I’ll be waiting just as eagerly as you for it to arrive, with access to the same tracking info you have.
Missing or Damaged Parcels
Your order should arrive safe and sound—but if something does go wrong, here’s how we’ll sort it out together:

Marked as delivered but not received?
If your parcel shows as delivered but hasn’t turned up, please report it to the police within 7 days and send me the crime reference number. That way, I can get onto the delivery company right away—and issue a refund for you. -
Parcel arrives damaged?
I’m so sorry—that’s no fun at all. Please email me within 7 days with clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the contents. Once I see those, I’ll arrange a refund or repair/replacement, depending on the item. -
Parcel never shows up within the delivery window
If your parcel hasn’t arrived in the timeframe we agreed (or within a reasonable 30-day period)—and the delivery company confirms it’s not been delivered—just let me know and I’ll process a refund.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel happy and confident with your purchase. But if, for any reason, it’s not quite right, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.
Your Right to Change Your Mind
Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations), you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you’d like to return it. No need for a reason — sometimes things just don’t fit, and that’s okay.
How to Arrange a Return

Drop us an email within 14 days of delivery to let us know you’d like to return your item.

Once we confirm, you’ll have another 14 days to pop the item back in the post to us.

Please return it unused, in its original condition, and (where possible) in the packaging it arrived in.
Refunds

As soon as your return arrives safely back with us, we’ll check it and issue your refund.

Refunds include the original standard delivery cost, and will be made within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Return postage costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or damaged (in which case, we’ll of course cover it).
